COMMENTS: Although not as see-through as it appears below, this probably could have done with a third coat. In spite of the need for multiple layers of topcoat on glitters like this, I'm back to preferring them over the smoother holographic pigments.

Gifted Fraanken - My Favorite Creation

COMMENTS: My eyes fell on this one yesterday morning, and I did a quick swatch on a false tip and fell in love. I knew I had to put it on after work, and that's exactly what I did. The photos really cannot capture how sparkly this is, so I made a video. I also switched to using Youtube for the video and the quality is much better than previous videos I've uploaded. Please ignore the music in the background, my hubby had an old Star Trek on TV :)

Golden Rose with Protein - 329 and some bling!

APPLICATION: Smooth

TOPCOAT?: Yes, after hex glitter added.

COMMENTS: This is definitely one of my favorite manis! The iridescent hex glitter is amazing! It reminds me of pretty tiles in a backsplash, and makes the whole manicure feel marine-like. Definitely check out the video if you can, photos don't do this justice.

Claire's - Glam, and a vid

COMMENTS: Colorfulbottle helped me out with my dilemma from the last post by suggesting that I close my eyes and pick a bottle. Sooo... I used random.org to choose which of my 11 drawers to reach into and got 3. Then I did like she said, closed my eyes and grabbed a bottle, and this is what I got. It's another nice smooth glitter from Claire's.
The color has more green in it than what you see in the photos and video, my camera just couldn't capture it. I used Jordana - Boy Oh Boy underneath Glam on the tips of my thumb and ring  fingers only. If I wear this again I will definitely layer it and use just one coat of the glitter. 3 coats made this a little too thick for my liking.

LA Girl Rock Star - Supernova (with video)

APPLICATION: Smooth
COATS: 1 (layered over the dark gray from my previous post)
TOPCOAT?: Yes
SOURCE: Swap with PenelopePitstopKYD (All Things Nails!) when we met downtown last week.
COMMENTS: I gasped when I saw this! Now I know not everyone is into glitter, let alone bar glitter, but this holo/prism micro bar glitter is fascinating. It makes my nails look like I have shards of glass in my polish. The bars are actually more prismatic indoors, and unfortunately there wasn't enough sunshine outdoors to show it in full sun. PHOTOS DON'T DO THIS JUSTICE - Please take a look at the video to see how amazing this is indoors!

Kleancolor - Brown with Kleancolor - Tahiti Sunset (and vid)

TOPCOAT?: No

COMMENTS: Kleancolor - Brown is anything but brown. I would have named it Terracotta instead. It's rich color at one coat. I topped it with an "ugly" glitter polish from the same brand called Tahiti Sunset. This has red glitter, gold sparkles, and prismatic micro bar glitter that turned the base color into a party. I added a video as well.

Sinful Colors - Nail Junkie (and my first vid!)

COMMENTS: You didn't think that after my last few manicures I'd wear the teal color alone, did you? This was what I had in mind, and it's blinging gorgeous. Make sure to click on the picture taken in the shade to enlarge and see the goodies in this.
