This is a color that was appropriately named, because I certainly am drawn to it. It's bright, almost neon, and I really enjoyed wearing it with the white dots.

      I really don't remember if I've seen it elsewhere, but with all the other nail blogs I read it's certainly possible. I did something similar in the past, but that was with a french tip and then the remaining bare nail outlined. Here's that post: NYC - Broadway Burgundy Frost
