Ulta - Tutu Cute

APPLICATION: Smooth
COATS:  1 !! I love when I'm able to work with a nice thick polish that I can control.
TOPCOAT?: Not in first two photos
SOURCE: Ulta online store (www.ulta.com) when they had buy one get one free.
COMMENTS: I used this as the gorgeous accent color in this previous manicure. It's lovely and works as a neutral against my skin, which I like. I played around some more with my nail art pens. I think the silver one would look better on a darker base polish.

    @aneesa - The other color on my thumb is from my other Sally Hansen nail art pen - in gold. I also used it on my mani in the previous day's post.

    SLICK! I love one coaters and this purples is YUMMY. It reminds me of grape pop floats. Hooray for more surface work with those metallic SH Pens! I actually really dig how subtle the silver is. :D
