I put this neon over white to make the color pop. Unfortunately my cleanup wasn't tidy enough- you can still see the white in some places - oops! :) It was a very fun manicure though.

I had forgotten how nice the Milani 1-coat glitters - which have since been discontinued - were. This one applied in one thick coat but did need multiple layers of topcoat to smooth it out. I like the accent nail and may do a full stamped mani of Dream On sometime in the future.
