I've had both of these for a while and knew they were quite similar. The Zoya is the one I will be keeping because although the brush on the OPI makes for easier application, I preferred the richer, darker hue of Zoya Tru.

I picked up these blues on different occasions when Sally Beauty had 1/2 off their clearance prices and couldn't decide on just one to wear for this mani. Combining all three in a sponged mani with some white solved the problem for me.

The first time I saw this color in a photo I knew I had to have it. However, after I finally did get it (over 5 years ago), I never wore it. Silly of me because in spite of needing three coats, it looks fantastic on me. =)
