I picked up a few neons last summer even though I rarely wear neons (because with such high contrast against my skin, I feel like I always need to tone them down somehow - like with stamping). I'd heard these were 1-coaters, but alas I needed 2 for my mani.

    Wonderful, the two colors work fantastic together and the lacy pattern is placed perfectly!
