CND Vinylux - Nordic Lights

This one was a little gritty without topcoat, but it absolutely shines once the topcoat is one. I particularly like that it doesn't have just holographic glitter in it, but interesting flakes as well.

    Very pretty - how many coats of topcoat did you need?

      It needed just 1 thick coat of topcoat- it wasn’t as rough as a glitter or textured polish.
