It's been a while since I wore purple - one of my favorite colors. I decided to wear two at a time. Both of them are beautiful, and made even better with one thin coat of OPI DS Original!

Two beautiful polishes and a fabulous glitter. I didn't want the glitter to overpower the manicure so I first sponged each color with the other and then sponged on the glitter as well.

I love using these Simply Sweet matte polishes out when I feel like applying color without the extra step of applying a base coat. Unfortunately they dry while you are applying them, so don't have a smooth surface. One coat of topcoat makes it perfectly smooth, and even better with stamping!
**  Me encanta usar estos esmaltes mates de Simply Sweet  cuando tenga ganas de aplicar el color sin el paso adicional de aplicar una capa de base. Lamentablemente se secan mientras usted los está aplicando, así que no tienen una superficie lisa. Una capa de acabado hace que sea perfectamente liso, y aún mejor con estampado!

I bought these at the same time and liked the way they looked together, perfect for another sponge mani!

Sponge, stamped, and played

Here is a picture of the sponge I used for my last manicure. It is a small piece of a sponge mop replacement that I bought at Dollar Tree. I bought it specifically for nail art because I prefer to use sponges with larger holes than makeup sponges.
**  Aquí está una foto de la esponja que utilicé para mi manicura pasado. Se trata de una pequeña pieza de un reemplazo de la fregona de esponja que compré en Dollar Tree. Lo compré específicamente para el arte de uñas porque yo prefiero usar esponjas con agujeros más grandes que las esponjas de maquillaje.

I stamped over my manicure two days later, but didn't like it much. The white is too stark against the blue combination.

I recently looked back at this manicure: China Glaze - Holly-Day, and decided I wanted to do a blue version. It reminds me of the old television show for kids named "Big Blue Marble".

I decided to use another nail polish from the same drawer as last time. I added a thin coat of Essie - As Gold as it Gets the next day.

I've had this one for more than 2 years now, and it caught my eye. This dried pretty slowly though, so I had to use a nail fan between coats. I really like the glitter in it!
** He tenido este durante más de 2 años, y me llamó mucho la atención. Esta se seca muy lentamente, así que tuve que usar un ventilador de uñas entre las capas. Me gusta mucho el brillo en él!

I later tried stamping over it, but the color and pattern I chose didn't look good.
