Borghese Tangelo Sherbet

Comments: Pretty color, but I found it a tad boring. I expected more opacity since Borghese is supposed to be one of the more expensive drugstore brands. Good thing I got it for about 2 bucks!

NYC Taxi Yellow Creme

Fabulous yellow but not so much fun to apply. Had to use 3 coats.

Wet n Wild Bite the Bullet

This is my favorite purple so far. The brush is kind of weird, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Another barely visible konad on my pinky.

China Glaze Bahamian Escape

Fun color to wear! I tried out a konad stamp on my pinky... and obviously need more practice. Plus I'm being cheap - didn't invest in any of the special polishes.

Orly Prince Charming

A little too dark brown for my skin tone, but a gorgeous color nonetheless. Would be great with a sparkle topcoat I think.

Nail Art! CG Rose Coral

This was a fun manicure! Tools of the trade: Cover Girl Rose Coral, Wet N Wild Bite the Bullet, and white and silver glitter striping polishes from Color Club's Art Club. I do wish I'd used this gorgeous purple as the base color and the coral as the accent though. I'll have to do another mani with it soon.

My first water marble

I tried water marbling for the first time after seeing the great demos by Colette on her blog. It was easier and less messy than I anticipated. I still need to work on patterns, but I was delighted with the results!
