My second water marble!

TOPCOAT?: Yes
COMMENTS: I used three other Nabi colors for marbling over my previous mani.  It didn't turn out perfectly, but I'm really happy with it.  Honestly, this took me so long that I considered leaving my right hand with just the base color. I'm glad I persevered because I actually kept this on for three full days!

Right hand:

Three days later, with 1 coat of Kleancolor Madly Matte:

My thing with marbling is how long it takes...maybe I'm incredibly slow but it took me forever. It seems worth it though(:

  19. Ooo! Pretty. I love the colour combo you used. And to be honest, I think that water marbles that are imperfect and different on all fingers are more interesting and fun to look at.

I tried marbling, once. It was a total fail. But I am thinking of trying it, again.

  21. Thanks so much for the comments ladies! I responded to some of you individually, but for those who I didn't get to:
If you're thinking of doing a marble, go for it! Just make sure you have the time and patience. And remember, mysimplelittlepleasures.blogspot.com - Colette has some amazing tutorials. I tried my first one after watching one of her tutorials last year.
I may try another one soon - though I'm not committing to it - I'm starting to miss my dots!
