I really wanted to try creating a stamping decal so decided to do one over this lively orange shade. I like the look, but after doing one nail I wasn't prepared to dedicate the necessary time to make decals for my other nails.

So I tried to recreate the previous mani in a different colorway but didn't find this as aesthetically pleasing. I think the first disappointment came with having to use 3 coats for the base color. It's such a lovely shade, but that extra coat annoyed me a little. The pink I chose to stamp made the manicure seem garish - which was not my intended look

This polish actually has excellent overage in 1 coat, but for some reason my base coat wasn't being cooperative so I had to use two coats for this. I loved it with the stamped pattern.

I purchased a few of these gel polishes on clearance a while ago. This one is was a flattering neutral on me, but I still punched up the color with some stamping.

The color change in this one wasn't as obvious as my previous mixture, but I still like it a lot.

This is another one I mixed up using glitter polish I was going to get rid of. In this case I added some thermochromic pigment for a little more fun. Darker = cool, lighter = warm.
